Adjustment Period (Recommended):

• Use 2–3 times per week in the evening.

• Apply after serum or moisturizer step.

• Start with small amounts on targeted areas.

Week 1–2:

• Use every other night.

• Apply a small amount to affected areas (forehead, under eyes, mouth area, neck).

• Recommended amount: small pea-sized quantity per area.

Week 3 and Beyond:

• Can be used nightly as tolerated.
