• Any dispute regarding authenticity will be investigated, and where appropriate, we may offer a refund or replacement in accordance with these Conditions.
9.3 Orders and Payment
• The sales contract is formed once we accept your order.
• You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt (which does not constitute acceptance) followed by an acceptance email.
• If we are unable to supply the Product after accepting your order, we will fully refund any amounts paid.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

9.4 Delivery, Returns, and Refunds
• Delivery is made only after full payment; delivery times are estimates only.
• Returns are not accepted except for Products that are expired or incorrect upon receipt. In such cases, contact us immediately (within 24 hours) with supporting evidence. Incorrect products must be returned unopened in their original packaging within 5 days.
• We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance; without it, you assume the risk of loss or damage.
• You may cancel your order before shipment for a full refund.
• The delivery address must be accurate; no modifications or compensation will be possible after shipment.
• Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will not be accepted.
• No claims will be accepted if the Product has been opened, used, or if the packaging is damaged, for health and safety reasons.
9.5 Import Fees and Foreign Jurisdictions
• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs formalities.

If no agreement is reached within 60 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation (CEDR). Neither party may initiate legal proceedings before attempting mediation, unless one party fails to participate for at least 30 days from the start of mediation.
11. Liability
11.1 Transfer of Risk
Once the package is shipped, the seller’s liability passes to the buyer, subject to any applicable insurance conditions.
11.2 Liability Cap
Subject to mandatory legal provisions, our liability is strictly limited to the amounts paid for the relevant Product(s).
12. Force Majeure
12.1 No Liability for Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (force majeure).
12.2 Mitigation Efforts
In such cases, we will endeavor to minimize the impact or, where justified, offer refunds for undelivered orders.

These Conditions are governed by French law and, where applicable, by European Union law.
13.2 Assignment
