Refund Policy

At kōsmetic korea, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Product must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Used or opened skincare and cosmetic products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards and promotional items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at admin@kosmetic-korea.com. within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

We will respond with return instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank account or payment method again
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us at admin@kosmetic-korea.com.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
